The property was in great shape; you can tell they care about keeping up with cleaning and maintenance. The hosts were very communicative about check in and check out, as well as checking in throughout our stay to see if there were any issues.

Lake side property Positive: Excellent location at Lake Rotorua. Just step out the back garden and you have the lake right in front of you . The house was fabulous , very quiet location and such a relaxing stay while touring the North Island . Negative: Leaving

Highly recommended!!!! Great hosts!! Excellent communication House is gorgeous, beds were sooo comfy, water pressure in the showers was amazing. They had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun stay. They provided kayaks which were so fun to use on the lake. Just a VERY brief stroll out the back gate and you’re right on lake Rotorua. It was so peaceful. There was even a family of swans swimming while we kayaked which was amazing. We could not fault Kylie and Ricky’s place and they were the perfect hosts!

It’s one of the best B&Bs I’ve ever stayed at in Rotorua. The house offers more than you could possibly need, and both the property and its location are exactly as described in the listing and previous reviews. However, it’s only when you actually stay there that you truly experience the level of hospitality from the owner. Highly recommended.

This house was fantastic for our group of six adults. All the details were thoughtful, delightful, and beautiful. The couch is amazing! We had a vehicle and a motorcycle and we were glad to have the option to put the motorcycle in the garage. We also made use of the washer and dryer on site. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed walking to the lake and along the stream. We thoroughly enjoyed this home away from home and were sad to leave. We appreciated Ricky and Kylie's prompt and friendly communication. They went above and beyond to answer any questions we had. We loved our time in Rotorua.
