Great property, easy walking distance to lake, with all the toys. Neighbours friendly and the area is quiet. We had a lovely stay, and would like to return.

Very welcoming and great communication before we arrived. Great home, well kept, nice neighborhood, comfortable master bed! My kids loved seeing the robot mower. Just wish we had more time.

Positive: Really nice location and home setup for our group - we had four adults and five kids (four are teens) and we fit fairly comfortably around the space. Lounge setup is great for movie watching or for teens to sprawl around with their individual devices while the adults play fairly involved board games at the large dining table. The home is in a quiet area and makes a good home base for various activities around Rotorua. The beds were great, even getting the approval of the extremely fussy kid who sleeps on a couch more often than a bed at home. Kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cookware so I could cook for nine without issue.
