Lakeside 5-Bedroom Retreat | Peaceful & Near CBD

Lovely house with all the mid cons. Enough seating for everyone in the lounge and comfortable beds! Easy and clear communication from Kylie - honestly this is probably the best place I've stayed in. It was exactly as advertised and just so lovely. Thanks Kylie you are a gem!

Positive: Really nice location and home setup for our group - we had four adults and five kids (four are teens) and we fit fairly comfortably around the space. Lounge setup is great for movie watching or for teens to sprawl around with their individual devices while the adults play fairly involved board games at the large dining table. The home is in a quiet area and makes a good home base for various activities around Rotorua. The beds were great, even getting the approval of the extremely fussy kid who sleeps on a couch more often than a bed at home. Kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cookware so I could cook for nine without issue.
