Zodiac Bay – Lake Rotorua Accommodation for Families & Groups (Sleeps 12)

Amazing stay! It was the most at-home we felt during our entire 3 weeks of staying at AirBnBs throughout New Zealand! Ricky and Kylie are fantastic hosts and they thought of every little detail to make our time in Rotorua more enjoyable. All their reference materials and discount codes really went above and beyond. The location was perfect for our family - quiet but very close to the town and all the activities. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ricky and Kylie's communication was outstanding. They checked in a number of times to see if we needed anything and were so warm and friendly. It honestly felt like they truly enjoy being hosts. The house is beautiful and there are so many thoughtful touches. And just a short walk along the path just outside the door brings you to a lovely lake with swans. It was the perfect place to stay in Rotorua.

The property was in great shape; you can tell they care about keeping up with cleaning and maintenance. The hosts were very communicative about check in and check out, as well as checking in throughout our stay to see if there were any issues.

Lake side property Positive: Excellent location at Lake Rotorua. Just step out the back garden and you have the lake right in front of you . The house was fabulous , very quiet location and such a relaxing stay while touring the North Island . Negative: Leaving

Highly recommended!!!! Great hosts!! Excellent communication House is gorgeous, beds were sooo comfy, water pressure in the showers was amazing. They had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun stay. They provided kayaks which were so fun to use on the lake. Just a VERY brief stroll out the back gate and you’re right on lake Rotorua. It was so peaceful. There was even a family of swans swimming while we kayaked which was amazing. We could not fault Kylie and Ricky’s place and they were the perfect hosts!
